SMSs are sent from a 5 digit short code instead of a phone number like mine (clearly some kind of mass marketing instead of a personal request to talk about your home), pricing is monthly instead of per text like mine, you are limited in how many texts you can send, etc. 

I manage mine remotely using exterior cameras (make sure snow and spa services are happening) and digital locks for check in which really allows me to only have to invest about 2 hours a week on the property.     

I also recommend using a digital recorder...it makes a lot easier to keep track as opposed to writing down each property.Second, another way to "backdoor" your wholesaling strategy by finding investors in your local REIA's that are ACTIVELY BUYING.

Just a matter of calling it in or doing it digitally telling them where to transfer the funds.

Emails, Facebook, and others tend to be digital “rabbit holes,” with one “quick check” turning into more emails, more texts, more updates.

Assets include, my digital folder structure and how I maintain files to try to stay organized, documents that I've used that have been made generic and can be modified or used a guides and my projection/actualization sheet that I use to track properties and determine how well I projected and planned versus the final result. 

It has been getting down in the single digits the last couple weeks.

Last 5 years I've been a professional online poker player, and still am.

I'm currently a poker dealer in NEPA but as of 06/03/19 I will be living in Peabody MA and working in Boston.

(although he and his minions did beat me for $20 at poker last night.) ;) I'm still bullish on Hillsborough county.
