You think a homeowner who is experiencing such a financial difficulty that they are willing to sell their home for significantly leas than what its worth would believe someone who cant afford a car has the cash to buy their home?

If the latter, how difficult is lending in this scenario?

I believe I have no legal obligation to break the lease for this reason, but I don't want to force a tenant to stay in a situation if it's a financial difficulty.
