If your broker tells you that city assessment has an impact, you should definitely change broker!

But their expansion and business model definitely takes the tech startup model. 

In this market you definitely want to get the home under contract as soon as possible and then do your due diligence work. 

I have a few I'm looking at already, but definitely need to talk to an expert about ARV.Any Phoenix realtors out there with experience or knowledge about BRRRR with whom I could build a relationship?

So in closing, take the time to educate yourself so you know what your investing looks like for you and once that is done run endless #'s time and again so you know definitively what a good deal in your area looks like.
