-Rent rate is much higher: I can rent a 3 BR/2 Bath House to students for about 20-40% more than I could non-students.Cons:-Helicopter Parents: The worst part about renting to students IMO.

If not, you can shift the image up or down a quarter inch at a time until it does.OR.....Hire a graphic design student at your local college to do this for a 6 pack and some pizza.Best of luck :-)

How do the #'s look, what do you not like about the deal if anything, etc....Never stop being a student; we must be open to critique if we want to get better, be successful, and form new relationships.
