In California we had an unpaid garbage bill turn into a court summons which turned into a title insurance claim that was resolved without issue.

I'm pretty biased, but I still think Scottsdale has to be one of the best places to live in the country.

Hey @Jonathan Tavarez, check the Court in which your landlords can file for evictions, since there may be more than one.For example, here in Cobb County, Georgia, you can file for eviction (called a "dispossessory" here) in Magistrate Court or State Court or Superior Court.

There are options for out of country investors for financing in the US or RBC I believe allows purchases in the US but the rate will probably be slightly higher.

Are you considering going to court or just hoping to send some strongly worded letters?

Is the property in snow country?

This way if it gets to court, you can argue that after much consideration, you decided to institute an apartment complex wide pet fee on all new tenants.
