Mold tester recommended remediation for the mold that was found but didn't express any concerns about the level of mold being a concern but I ordered the remediation right away since insurance is paying for water damage due to sump pump failure.   

Biggiest thing im concerned with is how much it will cost.

Not really concerned with what others may think myself but would strongly advise against a mix of welfare and market rents.

Should this be a concern, as far as being able to rent, especially for Section 8 purposes?

Hey @Jon Holdman, thanks for your reply.I'm actually concerned about power as well. 

All told, I would not be overly concerned with reports of Milwaukee's population issues.

If the house is only to be used as a business asset then a small local bank has WAY more flexibility in what they can offer as far as loans are concerned.
