I’m in the process of purchasing a property with an underground oil tank.

I have been educating myself as much as possible while on the road working in the Oil Field.

Allen County Comm College is typically going to have only 18-20yr olds attending as it's only a 2 yr school - I'd say look to rent to oil/gas, employees, however the industry is in the toilet at the moment - not much going on now.You might check to see if there's a windfarm nearby - I would assume there are one or two, they might have a few support or construction personnel that need short or long term rentals, some like fully furnished - doesnt need to be anything fancy.  

As oil slides and layoffs continue in the Houston area, I believe most r/e investors are making some form of adjustment(s) to their portfolios or the way they buy, or what they buy.My investor clients seem to be all over the map in terms of their approach.

In Vernal it sucks , No Oil No one buying houses... so many PPL have lost there jobs How is it in New York?

We were planning to move to the Gulf of Mexico for a job flying off-shore oil rig stuff but we decided we could never leave this beautiful place.

The oil and coal industry are doing well too.

I'm thinking whether we will see similar Lehman's collapse and whether there will be "too big too fail" so gov. has to rescue their friend, and QE will be restarted..... this is especially true for bank that's financing company like Coinbase/Celcius/any crypto company.Also my bet is if tomorrow's oil price goes back to $80 (like it always happened) then suddenly everything is back to normal.

Seems like it might be a good time for America to drill its own oil and gas, but I digress!
