Comps with a pool vs without one etc.... area of country etcI personally don't like rentals with a pool unless it's pretty high A class area....maintenance, both long and short term and liability ....more wear and tear on property since pools often attract kids and social gatherings etc...So not a big fan of having pools at my investment properties.....
