Only those who likely have the virus are being tested, so the percentages are falsely high.I believe that the fallout from this will be horrible, with high losses of our elders, panic causing shortages, and knee jerk reactions in the financial world.

We run into serious scheduling issues with the outgoing tenants.The property is not always presented to the perspective tenants in the best condition which causes perspective tenants who would have otherwise wanted the property to look elsewhere.The condition of the property is different than what it will be when the new tenant moves in.

My guess is the police will not be sympathetic to your cause.

I am happy it is a virus causing the recession since it is much easier to recognize we will be in a recession compared to the 08 crisis.
