Hello, I recently bought a house on 9/27 (As of writing this is 10/12), but one of the tenants does not want to move out.

I can definitely tell you there's still a lot of positive cash flowing and 1% rule deals and you get amazing appreciation.

Purchase price: $350,000 Cash invested: $150,000 Purchased as buy and hold rental.

I will reach out to them all. :-)  I appreciate this.I'm going to be there in a month and hope to meet one of them.There are a good deal of healthcare professionals renting MTR's in the area, so I'm hoping one of the agents I connect with is familiar with MTR's.

Current plan is to rip out the carpet, it's trashed, and replace with LVP (one of the four colors, not sure which is best to choose... see attached image), replace the laminate counter with granite.
