and he said "60.1k". so here we are. i just closed on it at 60.1k cash. rent is around 1k per month. taxes are around $2200insurance is 50 per monthupdates include countertop, remove carpet, clean hardwood, close off fireplace in BEDROOM!!!

My sister had a problem heating her family room and it turns out that when the reaccepted the new carpet and pad came to lose to the bottom of the heater and limited airflow.As for the turmoil imaging camera, the cheapest that HD sells as 4995 but you can rent them as well.
