I do plan on doing a cash out refiance but only for 60% of the purchase price was appraised at 60k, so i would only get 27 back but i have read rich dad books he loves leverage i prefer to keep nice equity in my rentals and hold small mortgages just my way of looking at it.

maybe you can persuade a few members to give out some of their printed info for free to BP for a good cause...i know rich was giving away or selling his book a while back...that may be worth a few months of a pro account or something....not to mention, lately i've seen a few new posters plugging their printed materials and books..why don't they offer up the info to biggerpockets to circulate their name, and also giving another incentive for people to sign up as a pro??

I doubt Rich Wise is here to pull business out and many landlords don't expect to find properties or tenants here.Someone said BP was much like a CE course for investors, if that is the motivation and they are not really seeking a business relationship, the profile may not be important to them.While it seems to be assumed that everyone is here to make business contacts, I doubt that is really the reason for many.
