I'm not opposed to this program but am somewhat confused by all the somewhat ridiculous fair housing laws that real estate people have to tiptoe through and then they offer these special deals to only this select group of people?

I m a newbie but seems the people in the KS side has higher income which makes me think they will be able to afford more expensive rents and be better tenants.

I would hop on calls with people that invested before and who have also invested out of state.

For Example, my Note Investing notebook has Sub Categories for Consolidated Note Resources, Goals, Note Buying Criteria, Foreclosure Timelines and Costs, State Specific Notes, Systems for The Note Business, Collection Time Tables, Note Conferences, Bankruptcy in Notes.. 

So, common sense would also suggest that method may limit your business in states where that form of logic doesn't work.

I'd love to hear about other people's experiences in the area and what they think about the future for Raleigh as it continues to grow in comparison to places like Charlotte or Austin.
