I know the ultimate answer is to call city of Atlanta, but their automated system seems to have no option to speak to a human....

It s interesting how PM companies want 20% or more for management that is automated.

There's so many of them available that automate searching.

The guy who is 4 times more expensive may be that much because he works one job at a time with no back end and no help, so to make up for his lack of sales he has to make sure that every win is a hit out of the park.Meantime, the guy who is 4 times cheaper may have 60 guys working for him with 12 dedicated vans and a full time office staff and a metric ton of automation on his side.

If so does that make it into a fix instrument where you can more or less pencil out the cash flow for an investment lifetime (i.e. when your will get executed)?

Potential customers can search the local MLS using it and they can send them automated market reports. 

I'm wary of full service automation.

I definitely recommend online rent collection: Not my preferred methods: Cash prone to theft difficult to track Personal checks can bounce must manually track Direct deposit you have to give your account & routing # to tenants tenants choose how much and when to pay (difficult when late fees & evictions are involved) Paypal difficult to automate monthly clawback (Paypal takes tenants' side) irregular fees if tenant selects wrong option (pay via credit, not friends and family, etc.)

It's gotten worse due to automate resume scanning for keywords on the Internet.IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT!!
