The ones I research charged the 10% for collecting the rent and handle calls during 9 to 5.BUT charge extra for - leases, re-up leases, calls after hours, lawn service, snow service, court service, attending when a contractor shows up, percentage of contractor invoice or using family member's services with inflated prices, tenant showings and necessary permit inspections.....all extra fee!

Must I attend if I have an attorney?

Being new to the whole REI, I was wondering if there were any fellow members in the area who could possibly help me find a great REIA location(s) where i could attend in the near future.

@Ron Quinn I have seen some  at the conventions that I attend for property management companies, not sure if it's for individuals.

I am attending the local REIA's, starting this month.

I'm eager to learn more and more about REI so I'd love to attend.

I am planning to attend several Note Investing events but I can't attend them all.

Since reading, watching the youtube videos, attending a free webinar, listening to the podcast, I've decided I want to get into real estate investing!
