It could be making flyers.. filling flyer box's helping set listing appointments YOu can do this at home and just with a phone.. many things you could do.

Hi @jamessyed @derekmartin When setting up your series llc, do you have to appoint a registered agent for each additional series?

Just make an appointment and go meet the seller.  

I hate it when I call to set an appointment and the listing agent doesn't call back for a day.

This is why doctors appointments and air travel have odd times.

They were listed on the MLS, I made an appointment with my agent to view them within 1 week.

I set up an appointment with an inspector and told him the structure was built in 1996. 

I’m curious to see who you are using as an inbound call center (Patlive, Callporter, Ruby VAs etc) for lead capture and setting up appointments? 

Go to a local USO and ask around for a recommended Financial Planner or if you are close to any Military Installation make an appointment to talk to them, not positive but it should be a free service for Military Veterans with Honorable Discharge.On the real estate side once you and your financial planner have determined a plan talk to a VA Home Loan Specialist (which I can recommend to you privately) and utilize the benefit what you have earned.

I used to assist with scheduling appointments, house clean-up, construction clean-up, visiting potential properties, taking pictures, general deal analysis and a few other entry level activities.
