I wouldn't consider myself experienced (yet) but I'm buying properties in Little Rock and surrounding areas. 

Get a Rockstar agent to work with.San Antonio is also a good market to consider.I am in the Houston market.

I call these the "All-Star Markets". 

Then be supper nice and kind and say great when do you think we can " rock and roll" on this?

MLS and my realtor is a rockstar!

And no doubt agents run the gambit from rock star to dud..  

So it's generally not possible for there to be a public, 3rd party service that truly tracks them all (like a Morning-Star for mutual funds, for example).Instead, many investors just track themselves (because they watch the available offerings as they come up).

I Just wanted to peak my head out from the rock i'm always under and say hello.
