We see this over & over, again & again - someone posts they need help finding a property and suddenly, every agent out there is "Investor-friendly".Funny thing is, RARELY do you see an agent sharing what qualifies their claim.In our experience, +95% of agents only know how to deal with owner-occupied transactions.

Just sharing a story here.I approved a tenant (boyfriend girlfriend with 3 kids) to rent our home.I did all of the due diligence including checking landlord references. the girlfriend put a certain email address in the apllication as landlord reference contact.

I bought our first property in 2019 and Ali and I met shortly after in 2020.

I find data on free sites like Zillow extremely helpful for days on market for certain homes, and it allows you to sort by bedrooms to see how long a potential property may sit on the market at this moment (great for comping rent prices in the area as well)if I were to live in the property, I would take advantage of the FHA low down payment option to keep cash in my pocket for Reno costs  Hope this helps!

Paying down debt destroys our ability to scale.

We just want to make a good decision buying our first home and would like to work our way towards investments in real estate.

Our acquisitions person is walking properties and making offers, our project manager creates the product, my partner does dispo and I go get investors.

We have built all of our rentals outside the 6 we just bought.
