Like Bob said a portfolio lender is your best bet to finance a house in an LLC.In my area there are the big players- Wells Fargo, M and T, Bank of America, but I also found two local lenders that will loan to LLC’s.Maybe another option for your LLC is to use a LOC secure by real estate or investments.

(rough –> due to unseen interior )Maybe add exterior and interior photos when possibleI been attending one of my local weekly sheriff auctions,but I plan to watch the process and game players for next nine months before considering pulling the trigger.

With that said, Corevest, Lima One, Visio to name a few are players in the lending space you're looking for.  

Once you get outside of the core group of good players there are tons of funky wholesalers in the Bluff.At the very least I get all my clients to zillow the address and if the zestimate isn't higher than your buy price and zillows rent estimate isn't close to the rent you're being quoted, find a better deal!

@Jamie Henkin  Not to toot my own horn.. but I have as much if not more experience at this than most of the folks selling it .. ( just because I have been doing it so long 20 plus years) longer than pretty much anyone I know.. and having a west coast bias  IE I live here .. raised in Cupertino so I understand high priced RE and how this stuff seems to good to be true.All these companies are fine companies.. but your talking about real Estate and tenants.. the Tenant base in these areas is unmanageable end of discussion.Most of the players started in these areas and left them years ago and will not touch them.. why some folks are still marketing these I don't know.. but save your money and buy better asset class you will be thankful in the long run.. and I say all of this based on my PERSONAL experinces I have owned over 350 of these personally.

This is a reason why the big players in wall street have a hard time getting into the SFH rental market.

Just found the assessment of someone who seemed to be ther biggest player of the old system and while he is moving right along in his "education" he sure as H*LL is not a point away from perfect, far from it!
