Sometimes that isn't the case, as depending on the county, its possible one vendor may have mapped the use code to a property type incorrectly, and the other got it right.

If there were any changes to the registered owner in the meantime they may have incorrectly changed the enrolled value, for example, if it was to yourself in a different name or you refinanced someone off the property that had no equity.What was the enrolled value and have there been any changes to title?
