A) Buy enough units to control the board or B) List the property and hope the buyer does not google your HOA which is probably like most and has been bad mouthed all over the internet.

The second method being googling we buy houses + my city or sell house fast + my city to find these people.I've been trying these methods and especially with googling I'm just running into other wholesalers.

Check out your local real estate investment association.

You could also just google title companies nearby - often the same four or five major players will show up.

If I find a house I'll look a few blocks in either direction at the house prices, compare like houses together 2/1 to another 2/1 house or 3/1 to another 3/1 house and where the price is at to see if I rehab and refinanced where it would sit.I of course also look using google earth to see the neighborhood as I will end up buying out of area, i'll contact PM companies first see local rents and see if they know if any good contractors for x/x/x and see if it's worth going into the area.I have to learn about "what can be written off if a house is purchased rehabbed inside an LLC"

(I know that no one wants or plans to get audited but better safe than sorry)  I haven't spent any time with Google Drive but I will explore it as an option.  

Documenting my life will hopefully leave a record behind (as long as Google stays in business) and even if I can leave some tiny piece of me for him, it would have been all worth the while.

I have seen some discuss involving the bank and others just trying to hide it.I am hoping to do my final inspection of the property this weekend so hopefully things will check out and we can get something to work.
