For me, who is on hte podcast has ZERO impact on my business and the benefits of a paid subscription for BP assist me in growing my business - and I make these decisions based on the business and not on emotions or my feelings. 

Often the inspections are very picky and they happen every 12 months so although section 8 tenants normally stay longer then market tenants it sometimes feels like a built in vacancy of 1 month every time they do the annual inspection depending on how much your contractor charges. 

@Susan McBride it is a common tactic that allows them to bring less money to the table. 

I currently have 6 multi family houses (20 doors) also I work 48 hours a week at my w2 job and if I want to continue to grow I will need clear SOP’s if I intend to bring someone on to help.

Which will bring plenty of other investors and general business to the area.

Hi All, I have been interested in REI for a number of years, but always let hurdles (primarily not enough money) keep me from really starting my journey.  I have a young daughter and a growing family and my priorities...

I would focus my research on properties that can bring an enjoyable experience to guests, such as nicely renovated house near lakes/state parks/national parks, with amenities like deck and perhaps suana and pool, also a bigger house that can host more people/pets/cars.

Although I am starting to feel more confident, I know this isn't a quick rich scheme in any way.
