What is the best approach when attempting to enter into the real estate game especially in this economic climate?

If this Covid crisis has shown one thing it’s that you need to be prepared for the worst...so while I’m all about strategies to get into a property with little of your own money, i only do so knowing that i have reserves in place should S hit the fan and revenue stops coming in

I’m betting that the affordable housing market will get even more competitive due to the economic fallout from the current pandemic.

Everything was fine until the Corona Virus crisis hit us all , the tenants from the bigger unit payed April’s rent on time and said that they are economically stable .

Eventually I got the loan but because of the 08 09 crisis, it was so hard for them to finally say yes.

I'm astonished about the economics of contracting sometimes. 

With COVID-19 crisis, I have heard that the private lending rates are going up.  

They also dip harder in bad economic markets because of the vacation home aspect, so you have to be able to weather the storms (like right now), but there are better deals as well.
