I originally intended it to be my residence, but had to go overseas, and now it's rented out, and has been for the last 4.5 years continuously.

Now that I'm on my own, I continue to do it that way because I saw how the money grew quickly with mine and my partner's investors and how they brought other investors in as well.  

We establish a relationship through my purchase of personal property and commission, then we continue working together building a portfolio.

I love the community that has been built and is continuing to be built here at bigger pockets.

Perhaps seller financing would be a good option for them to continue to get monthly cash flow without the headache of managing the property.  

I plan to continue doing what I am doing.

And if you pay his ticket once , he will continue to get tickets , since they dont cost him anything

He plans to continue teaching, but gave notice in February that he wasn't going to coach next year. 

You can even share with them moving forward if they would like to market any properties under your portfolio you would like to be contacted first just to make sure there is an understanding and agreement on both sides.Then you can close with I contacted you directly because I wanted to be fair and upfront with you but if this continues you will give me no choice but to have to contact the proper people to cease this action.
