I need to help with the paperwork legalese, should i consult with my own realtor to cya?

I've done graduate projects on Denton County clearly and even work here as a Wholesale Real Estate Investment Consultant.  

Like I said earlier though, how laws and contract clauses are interpreted can vary based on who's addressing them, so definitely consult with the appropriate council to make sure you have everything shored up and you are properly protected.
