Hi Everyone, Im looking to get some advice on evicting a former owner who isn’t playing ball after a foreclosure sale.I purchased the Property on the 5th November, it appeared to be empty but turned out to be occupied.

Is anyone here a PCS client that could give their experience?

I am working on final details for our first flip and have been trying to find a good template for subcontractors we have hired and cannot find anything on bigger pockets or google.

Mine is customized to my properties and my needs.I have a tab for each property.

I'll have to check that one out!  

There are strategies that you can utilize here that can make it easier as well. 

@William Causey depends on the transaction and the parties involved.Agree with @Dennis McNeely on some of the transaction costs.A different issue though is with an Assignment, the buyer gets to see what you paid for the property.
