@Sharon Steenbergen I have just always been weary of getting one I’ve seen a lot of people around me accumulate a lot of debt ,but I know it comes down to jus being responsible and only charging what I am able to pay off.The more I think about it and talk about it I realize my “fear” of credit cards is pretty irrational so I am going to go ahead and apply for one

Otherwise, it's just dumb luck if I ever click back on this post to see your response.To be clear, I'm not saying there is never a reason to buy a property if it takes more than a 15 year note: but if you're able to do that and still cash flow then in my view it is very likely to be a successful deal that will make you smile.

This means a whole different set of criteria, which in turn will dictate both the market and the strategy used to execute each step.I know ahead of time what that "list" will be since the plan is designed (and tested) before I push the start button, but exactly what that list is, I can't say...until I design the next plan.
