the biggest and most successful real estate investor that I know is either they are coming from tech/medical (like doctor) industry that heavily put their saving into real estate meaning they have extremely succesful w2 career active jobs , some of them are CEO or founder level ORsomeone that's very heavy on building/construction and re-invest into real estate with precise calculation.
