I finally decided to take the plunge into home ownership this year after getting tired of throwing money away renting.

They dont want a tire kicker but if you are brief and concise you might get some good information. 

I would try to think about where you are in your career and how things could possibly change(new job another 20 minutes in the opposite direction, getting tired of the drive(which could easily happen), etc.

He brings me deals and pocket listings, just helped me get an 8 unit that’s going to be a 2% deal shortly, and never seems to tire of showing me anything I want to see because he knows I’ll be buying more things from him.

I searched following areas so far.a) I am tired of almost all national builders saying no, to investors in Dallas, Austin and Raleigh metroplex areas.

What snapped me out of overthinking is just saying I'm smarter and tired of all these stupid people making money in real estate lol I know that sounds harsh at first but when I was a barista I just got mad one day and said screw it no more waiting.

My advice is be up front with the agent because nobody is going to want to work with tire kickers just because there are so many other investors in this market who will buy and nobody wants to waste their time.

Focus on finding deals, I am so tired of getting the "building my buyers list call".
