Hi @Michael Baum, I have watched several PB episodes about MTR, mostly for traveling nurses and insurance displacements and I am interested in learning more but I do not have time to watch everybodys videos on how to get started.

There are great people out there that are willing to help and would love to watch you succeed.

I will be going to a few auctions first to watch, learn and see outcomes. 

I have had properties in Olympia for many years and watched the changes take place both statewide and locally.

After reading so much in these forums and watching videos of people who have dived into real estate, it's pretty amazing what can be accomplished in 5 years!

@Geoffrey S.There is a learning curve if you are unfamiliar with accounting or never used the software before.I would suggest watching the tutorial on how to use the software.
