The outcome wasn't good for either recipient (1 was prosecuted for fraud by Section 8 and once they dug deeper ended up with felonies for grand theft, and perjury the other loss her voucher and is now staying with family).

At the end of the day, your PM is not losing sleep over this and your current tenant will be given a new voucher to move out if you cant complete the repairs ( in my area they would have asked the tenant to move out a long time ago, so maybe they are "enjoying" not having to pay you rent.

I really like traveling nurses, or government workers with a housing voucher.

They should have a form you can submit to add your property onto the list they make available to voucher holders.  

You must accept a S8 voucher if the tenant has one.

Ideally, I would like to give her 30 days to move out and skip the whole trial, unlawful detainer, eviction, loss of S8 voucher business.Maybe I can persuade her to give me a 30 day notice instead.

But they called her to find out where to send the vouchers for food and clothing and gas for the tenant!  

I also have a person with a Section 8 voucher for $1000 who is interested.
