This is in Wisconsin and I'm in Southern California.

I remember visiting a buddy’s place in Austin years back..he had a similar setup over his detached garage and was convinced that adding a window unit and some carpet would let him count that space towards the home’s total square footage.

Just hoping there’s some way I can remain in California/SoCal (doesn’t have to be LA) and keep these babies. 

I have heard on various news channels that the powers-that-be in California are going to push for much higher density when they rebuild LA after the fires.

Those rentals debt serviced and also covered my California monthly rent (I know some of you may question paying someone else's mortgage) but at that time, I preferred the renting lifestyle which placed me much closer to work, my family, my clients, and friends.

I'm not sure if anyone knows anyone in Roanoke that would be willing to be the 2nd witness (we have one as he is visiting family) the bank and UPS said they cant use their employees to witness it. 

If so, visit the property and see of the heat is on.
