I'm curious if anyone has used 1800Accountant and if they would stay steer clear or if it's a situation where they offer pretty standard services in the world of virtual CPA firms that have CPAs with direct real estate experience to dedicate to real estate investors. 

Virtually always I have gotten the fee removed but do not patronized the place again until the hidden fee was removed.  

We work from home as virtual offices.

Hopefully the aspiring $6M 'virtual landlord' Hodges that hopes to not have to meet new tenants reads this.  

Actually, this is how I started my RE investing in 2020, I just listened to their Podcasts, read forums, and joined virtual boot camps.

I am located in NC, so the service can be virtual. 

We virtually attended a few auctions last year and found nothing of interest.

A lot of people don’t realize this, but in addition to real estate agents selling stuff, they are also being sold, every brokerage, every title company, even lenders, have courses on literally scripts, how to build out your social media, how to find fsbo listings etc, truth is none of these are effective, pretty much the only way to be a successful agent is either ton of ad spend or the hard work of meeting people in person through events meetups etc, but brokerages make money by head count, even title and lenders are happy if you close a few deals a year with them, so they sell this stuff to agents who than use those scripts on you, it’s a whole prymond scheme lol these are the reality these days, until next few years maybe even more slower due to "virtual tours" and such..

Was wondering, Legalzoom is charging me $30 a month for using their virtual address that they gave to me when I used them to get my LLC up and running.
