While the low down payment costs are what entices many veterans to jump on that loan , it will significantly increase your PITI and ultimately thats more money you would have to pay interest on, even 1% down can prevent thousands of dollars in interest over the life of the loan.Best of luck and feel free to reach out for anything I can help with!

You will probably need 20% down at a MINIMUM for those loan types.As a former Marine, I wish more veterans would use that VA loan for 2-4 unit properties.

This article, written within the last week by an Australian, corroborates what veteran American economist John Mauldin (who predicted the last Great Recession, albeit his prediction was a bit earlier than when it ended up happening ) has been saying for a couple months now: there's another train wreck coming, but this time the epicenter will be from the high-yield corporate debt world vice residential real estate.
