Most of my guests are traveling medical professionals who undergo an additional check through their employer so I accept a copy of a fully executed employment contract (redacted is fine because I'm not interested in how much they're getting paid).

If you are going to switch software be advised that switch is PAINFUL.

Or I raise rent $100/month over market rent for people like this that are a pain.

So while it's kind of a pain right now, I think it's not a bad thing for MTR operators - especially new ones - to have to do this kind of deep dive.

A prefab homes is built in 2-4 months so the holding costs should be too painful.

Saw one of my properties go up 4x; it was definitely low to start, but that's a painful shock nonetheless. 

That is not scientific at all and would be a pain to look at every day to see if there are short term bookings.   

My suggestion is focus on the QUALITY OF THE CONTENT.CREATE CONTENT THAT ADDRESS THE PAIN POINTS OF YOUR AVATAR.At the end of the day, there’s no magic formula, there is no way to game the algorithm as it keeps changing anyway, jist ge consistent and post quality content.

The issue is that these loans undergo significant underwriting and can take up to 60 days to close which most sellers may not tolerate. 

I do a lot of seller financing and personally keep track of it all myself but it can be a huge pain.
