Ultimately you may need to scale with a partner or two in order to obtain that many doors in the longer term, but before you partner it would benefit to do some deals yourself and gain experience.

It just means he manages his time so that he posts when he can, at his choice. 

But ultimately all tenants leave, all debt comes due, and you're going to need to backfill it, so who is that, what pool of tenants could you consider?

So if it can do that, shouldn't it be able to be pointed to any website of your choice, search through groups/posts/etc and communicate with anyone who displays some kind of "intent" to sell, and if no intent is found, it could generate "curiousity" and help develop some curiousity from anyone in the group, and it could do this, until all possible efforts have been exhausted over time. 

I really wanted to continue using them, but for growth it just wasn't the best choice for us.

Ultimately, it's up to the investor to take that risk.Title is the one doing the title change into your LLC, but if you are doing this through a refinance, the lender/broker helps you and takes care of it

Now is the time to be cautious and even more thoughtful in your investment choices, but there are still plenty of compelling reasons to stay the course as a passive investor!
