If free handouts are cut it will force them to work or relocate for work and affordable housing is then no longer necessary.

Now I'm not a believer in actually providing the solution for your friend, giving them a handout to help them get on their feet.

I do understand that everyone time is valuable thereforeI'm willing to be a student first and foremost (coach-able)I will never waste you're time (reliable)(dependable)I will give you my 110% at all timesI will work on weekends for freeWilling to do what it takes to earn my stripes (ready to go out there)(not looking for handouts)I can take you out to coffee lolI also want to invest in a rental property deal preferably 4 unit properties open to price and other suggestions. 

There is a yearly REIA trade show which is this weekend.

Because I love the challenge and I believe it can provide the opportunity for my family to achieve financial freedom and also allow me to give back and help others along the way.I am not looking for any handouts. 

I found a REI club that meets every month any opinion I made some business cards to hand out.

It was not easy to find in the city, Although the area is not good, I respect the others , always has little stuffs ( which I got from the trade shows) in my car.I gave those stuffs to the neighbors , when the moment to pick up color I asked their opinions.

I wanted to try my hand out in wholesaling properties since I do not have a lot of cash to spend.

In reality the best way to find deals is through directly working with sellers and referrals because the less people involved in the deal the less people holding their hand out for a paycheck.
