So, the way to be more like them and obtain tax code benefits is to use the tax code the way it was intended.Also, if you're using LLCs outside of a business entity structure, you're doing it wrong and you will leave yourself open to being considered as having disregarded "the corporate veil" which will leave you open to attack from shysters and thieves ... er, prosecuting attorneys and plaintiffs.Your tax accountant and tax attorney can provide guidance on this, @Ralph E.

Car theft is now considered a civil matter and a police report isn't even taken, and as you mentioned, thieves can openly walk out the door of stores with shopping carts filled with goods up to $950 and they're not even arrested.

@Frank Chin This tenant has a problem with security (because he has installed cameras inside and out) so I understand what you pointed out, it could be a pervert or thieve if not bonded and insured -- that gives a bit of security.
