I do not understand most of the alphabet soup of terms that I see you guys use when talking on BP, so, I Google Search for them and read about their meanings, which does not do anything for me to make money with RE.

So...the plot thickens!

Above average units with Soup Nazi like management, or under market rents.

It depends what strategy your looking for, I opted for a long term buy/hold so up-front purchase price was less of an issue.  

To soup up your kid's progress, have them set up a Roth IRA as soon as they have earned income.

Looking for someone that can do things soup to nuts, light electrical, possibly some minor plumbing adjustments, then all the finish work including heavy tiling.

I'd be interested in utilizing the BRRR strategy locally to help build up funds/equity/experience.I've been hesitant to pursue Baltimore City, just because I know it is so up and down (and I ultimately did not want to stay invested in SFHs).
