There is a significant art to this, and that is why one won't find any standard template for doing such, because each original home style/design best lends itself to different layout potentials.

@Raj G.If it’s owned by a LLC you could do a mezzanine style loan which is a loan to LLC not specific asset but if they do not produce then you can step in and take over.

Perhaps even teach them how to  obtain subsidized leases that are greater than market rate.

I've never heard any of them using 3rd party software to tell them where and when to bid.Somehow I doubt these national trainers actually teach you enough and are experts enough to make using their software easy.
