Sounds to me like an investor turned down the deal because after finding out the actual payoff, suggesting the numbers are not investor worthy.

If you are looking to be an investor then I would suggest you don't be an agent that is a poor mans game and it will make it way more difficult to find deals.

One on beds, one being laundered, and one clean set in the closet.Not sure about the infrastructure in that market but I did not see it suggested you use a commercial laundry.

They started with 2 properties and are now at 15+...I would suggest you staet with a great property manager and go from there.

My one suggestion: do not conduct business with anyone (here or anywhere) without having your lawyer and maybe even your CPA reviewing all the paperwork.Also, stay far away from LPs.
