I went through a bit of a dry spell in the changeover and it wasn't easy financially but when it comes down to it EVERYTHING is difficult at first.........if you keep at it suddenly it's not. 

I'm wondering how do you deal with sudden changes that can occur if people don't respect the contract?

*One is section 8 and has become a hoarder and gets frequent fines from the HOA for items left outside (two partners don't care because the rent is always paid) * One is a tenant of almost 2years who pays on time, cares for the inside of the home but has suddenly stopped caring for the exterior, and appears to have moved in a dog and a boyfriend but denies both.

If all of a sudden a glut of properties come on then the market comes down if pace of demand isn’t maintained. 

If the market suddenly tanks, I may be more right. 

And, of course, you'd want some impressive surge protectors.  ;-)  Otherwise, hopefully someone else will answer this time around.Good luck!

If you moved in with a washer/dryer, then he should maintain the washer/dryer.If you allow him to start charging for laundry then he could suddenly decide to charge for use of the oven or a parking space.

I went to look at my past reports (a feature that has been available for as long as I can remember), and suddenly this says it is a pro-only feature. (?)
