Hi Guys,I have been trying to see if I can get a HLOC on a investment property I have but it seems no bank wants to offer HLOC on a investment property.I'm going to auctions to see if I can get a good deal so I need cash waiting but it seems the only thing the banks want to offer is a cash out loan which means I get the loan and start to pay the monthly payment but that doesn't do me any good when I have no property in mind I want to buy.Is there a way to get HLOC with investment properties?

You set down with them about the deal and once you fill out application they will do appraisal of dome sort, then do their title work to get back to the title company.
