We are very close to the U of A, walking distance from Baum stadium.

The county is actully pushing for an RV park since this would be the only one and we are only 20 minutes from the UGA stadium so it would bring in a ton of revenue for the county, 

It has UAB and their building a brand new football stadium in downtown.

At any rate, using AirDNA average data we are expecting roughly 3k per month in revenue, we feel this is actually pretty conservative as we have an excellent location walking distance from baseball stadium and easy bike trail access.

Property is 13 miles(20 minutes) from Dallas cowboy ATT stadium, Texas Rangers ballpark, Six Flags, & Hurricane Harbor. 10 miles from Arlington Museum & Music hall. 5 miles from Hawaiian Falls.

I searched, the location is good, near to Toyota stadium and a few shopping malls.
