They are generally in town to visit a soldier and just need a place to stay.

Nice affordable class B, not slums.Our brave military provides all of us freedom/security and thus REI opportunities to pursue our goals, but I’ve personally seen the cost our soldiers paid.

My strategy has always been to buy opportunistically and I will continue to do so.I don't know what will happen, but I assure you it will not be a replica of '08Generals(Soldiers, etc.) always fight (prepare to fight, are condemnedto fight) the last war.
