There is no patent for EnviroTabs, although there is one for EnviroTab (which actually has to do with dispensing beer).Here's the full sentence in the patent where "envirotab" is mentioned, "FIG. 34 is a perspective view of a dispensing means which comprises a main pouring port (1), subsidiary pouring port (2), and air intake port (11') (each shown by a dotted line) made directly on a metal container.

Its really two paths to chose from.1) Allow foreclosures to go on, prices will fall, market will balance and people will allow to get a fresh start who were responsible.2) Allow the government to step in, take tax money give it to people to stave off foreclosures and artificially prop up the market.

so, from a practical standpoint, while i don't encourage this, i think you would get a better product because without having to hide their equipment, growers could really push the envelope with hydroponics and such. space is a big problem when they are trying to hide sodium lights and ebb flow systems in their basements. ever been to epcot in disneyworld?

Reason i say this is that australians by nature are absolutely fanatical when it comes to property and at the moment alot of investors are looking to the US wanting-ly.Admittedly my intake of knowledge about the US comes only from media sources.
