I'm trying to find a good course to learn the syndication process and all of the components.

Looking back, I must acknowledge that personal branding and social media played a huge role in my success.

Pretty much all major components were newly installed / fitted and done to a tasteful standard (new metal roof, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, flooring, bathroom, doors, new hvac, decks, vinyl siding etc) and I have visited and walked through 3 times and even been under crawl space to inspect a repair that was previously noted on an inspection to the foundation after termite treatment which looked to be a good job.

Social media, transparency with renters, going the extra mile, offering more than just a home.

Besides marketing the larger component is the list of questions to ask and how we ask them.  

Making sure the property "flows" outside is a key component I have personally found - assuring nobody is stepping on toes, encroaching on each other's outside space, or blocking cars in, etc. 

That's a huge component to consider. 

There is a entire component of marketing or searching out a property and while many can bodger there way through, most can not do it on a proficient level.

I agree and he definitely is doing what I am looking for (or it seems to be from his IG) but we all know how social media can be.

By investing in social media management, I was able to increase my reach and influence, attracting more possible investors and prospects.To summarize, using social media has been an effective instrument in my real estate investment path.
