Sure, there are doctors, lawyers and teachers scattered around. 

But it’s a bit scattered and not as structured/ organized like other smaller cities that we drove passed by near Salt Lake City.

Even if I thought it was “due” because of a bashed up unit I’d still (likely) let it go because it’s not worth the time/hassle to try and collect from students that have scattered to the wind.  

And finally there is a LOT of poorly maintained, un-renovated, rent controlled units scattered around the rest of the city. 

and if you pull a BLM map or US forest service map you will see a huge patch work of section land which leap frogs each other in 640 acre sections  which is one mile by one mile.   500k fd ft on 100 acres if its scattered is simply logged over reprod. leave trees or a large mixture of hardwoods which came up before replant was the law.. 

I also don't believe they actually shot somebody but I do KNOW they had people scattering out the windows because all of the frames were kicked out.

Here is what I look at:1 - I start with my financial criteria, which comes from my financial goals, that dictates the property profile I'm looking for.2 - I pick a market, any market, and I analyze that market's numbers to see if it matches the profile I need.3 - Then, I find the specific micro-markets where these houses are found in groups...not just scattered singles/doubles mixed in with other properties that don't match.4 - Then I camp out in the micro-market, waiting for those properties to become available.5 - I then grab the matching properties when available.I have two sets of financial criteria:1 - Flips.
