In retrospect it’s the craziest story ever and I’m lucky they believed me.

If you have warranty on them, then there is less for you to worry about in retrospect, if you do not have warranty and the renters damage them, you'll just have to factor that cost for repairs into your budget, if you haven't already.

The ordinace works retrospectively to notices that are currently in an active notice state.

I went to a REIA a few weeks ago, and they were just stressing how wholesalers present them horrible deals or deals that aren't in their criteria... but in retrospect...

Kitchen & bathrooms are very nice; in retrospect, i spent too much on the kitchen.

It did take forever and in retrospect, I'm not sure how much it helped overall, but I am glad I did it.

I am also one of those that in retrospect see how silly it is to have paid for training in REI.. but I did!

In retrospect, it is a small miracle that this purchase went thru!
