The goal is to have "enough cash flow to cover our lifestyle".Our company recently had a retreat for us to "work on the company" versus "working in the company". 

We have turned a private in-law suite into a cozy beach retreat and this small room has provided over 800$ a month for us (almost pays our whole mortgage).

Guests look for the peaceful and cozy listings to retreat to.

Do your own due diligence, factor in the repair costs and even Re treatment on a yearly basis.

I'm thinking of spending a few hundred to check the place out to get an idea of the overall upgrade costs and any potential pitfalls before I decide to get serious on purchasing the property or retreat from the idea entirely and look elsewhere.Should this be my first move?
